Luthien and Beren WIP

Started colouring a sketch I did a long time ago. This still needs a lot of work, but so far I'm happy with the colour scheme.

From the Silmarillion by Tolkien, concerning the beginning of Luthien and Beren's relationship:
'...then Beren lay upon the ground in a swoon......beyond his hope she returned to him'.

I don't know why, but I shy away from actually portraying facial likenesses from the Silmarillion; I always feel like they should be left to the imagination...
